I am blessed to live in an area where we have the hot mineral springs. I would encourage anyone to get your foot baths. I was run over by a car 15 years ago and wound up with a condition called myofacial pain syndrome. Myofacial is the thin slimy layer of substance just under our skin. It is just like the slimy stuff you find under a the chicken skin when you cook a chicken. The syndrome tunes the myofacial hard. I have hard marble like knots all over my body. I have one that wraps around my waist on my right side. These knots cause so much pain and limited movement. I moved to where I am now to take daily advantage of the healing mineral baths.
